If you have to cancel a game, please do the following:

1. Call your opponent's Manager
2. Call the umpire representative at least 30 minutes prior to game time.
3. Reschedule the contest as soon as possible. You have two weeks to schedule a time to play. You do not need to play within the two weeks, you just have to have a make-up game scheduled. It could be in a month or 5 weeks or in a week.
