Online Registration

Online registration is now available. You must have a PDF reader to view and fill out this form. To make it easier for you we have designed a form that can accept your typed information rather than filling it in with pen. Please read the form in it's entirety and then fill it out. We hope to make the registration process easier for you.

Before proceeding to the online form, there have been a few questions about the fees associated with registering your child.

Here is a scenario to help you determine what the expense will be to you and your family when you send in your registration or visit the Township Building to pay.

• 1 Child who is 5 years old. Shetland registration is $40.00

• We then offer a fund raiser option.

• Option 1 is to sell two boxes of candy. You owe no money at the time of registration but the $48.00 you will collect is due before your child can receive his or her uniform. You owe $40.00.

• Option 2 is to bypass the fund raiser and pay a $25.00 fee + registration of $40.00 = $65.00

• Lastly we collect a $25.00 fee to work our concession stand. If you work the concession stand your money is returned. If you do not we collect the fee. This fee is charged to each family.

In closing if you register one child in Shetland and sell the fundraiser the following is what you need, $40.00 for registration and an additional $25.00 for the concession stand for a total of $65.00.

If you choose to not sell candy you will owe the following: $40.00 registration, $25.00 fund raiser and $25.00 concession fee for a total of $90.00.
